The Banknote Book is available in print format and PDF files sold by subscription or individually by chapter, and payments may be made online or by mail.
The Banknote Book is now available in print as a three-volume set (in your choice of black & white or color) covering all 165 chapters as of late mid-May 2013. In addition, chapters 20 pages or longer are available as individual saddle-stitched color booklets. Please note that the hardcopy versions of the catalog are sold via Lulu, a separate print-on-demand service with different payment options than those listed below for the PDF versions.

| After completing the secure checkout, you can access the subscribers-only web site using the login ID and password you specified. Once logged in, you can download whichever chapters you want. There are no restrictions on how often you can log in, nor any limit to the number of chapters you download. You can even download the same chapter more than once, so you can always have the latest edition after any revisions are published. | After completing the secure checkout, your browser will dislay a Confirmation page with links allowing you to immediately download the file(s) you purchased. Instructions will also be sent via email, though you are allowed to download each file only once. After clicking a download link, the file will be saved to your hard drive at the default location used by your computer. You can then view and/or print the file using any PDF-compatible program. All online payments—whether for subscriptions or individual chapters—are processed using PayPal, though you do not need an account. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to make your purchase. Otherwise, you can use any major debit or credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. Simply complete the normal checkout process, then when you are taken to the PayPal page, click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link to pay as a guest.

If you prefer paying by mail, I also accept cash, checks, or money orders. Please mail your payment along with your full name, postal address, email, and items ordered to the following address. Upon receipt of your payment, I will send an email with a coupon code for downloading your PDF(s).
